Year 1 were very lucky to have some special visitors from The National Marine Aquarium come to see us including Shelly the Shark!
The visit was linked to our current topic, Year One Saves The World and we looked at how we can help to save the planet by using the 4 R's RECYCLE, REDUCE, REUSE AND REPAIR, your lovely children have lots of tips on how we can all do our bit to help save the planet so please ask them about what they have learnt.
We also got to be scientists and take part in some experiments including investigating what Sharks eat and making slime! Please have a look at our pictures so you can see how much fun the children had.
